Shipping policy

Made to order: DuskSet products are printed and made to order. This means there is a production period before your order ships. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, after which your order is dispatched.

Where we ship: We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

 

Delivery times: Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and carrier volumes. Your total time to receive an order is production time plus delivery time - as a guide, most orders arrive within 4-21 business days of ordering. All timeframes on this site are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual times vary with production queues, carrier volumes and peak periods.

 

Shipping rates: We offer Standard shipping only (no express option), at a flat rate of $15 on all orders. Orders of $175 or more ship free. Because our products are made to order, items in the same order may be produced in different locations and can arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.
